Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The role coordinates and executes marketing projects, events, and materials while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand standards are met.

The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors and the Marketing Support Specialist to keep initiatives organized and moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project management, or related role.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, proofreading and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide direction, follow through on details, and own projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project-management, event planning and logistics/fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences, recruiting events, employee events and other marketing initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and task assignments for departmental projects and events.
• Coordinate event registration, schedules, logistics, setup, breakdown and on-site support.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned projects and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, budgets, vendor information and records.
• Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, vendor quotes and expense tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and efficiency.
