Qualifications

• 7–10 years of marketing project management experience.
• Experience with digital marketing and consumer lead generation.
• Strong coordination across internal teams, agencies, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through execution.
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, paid media, web development, analytics, sales, agencies, and partners.
• Support campaigns across paid search, paid social, landing pages, email, SMS, CRM workflows, and other lead channels.
• Ensure campaigns are launch-ready with assets, approvals, tracking, testing, lead routing, and readiness.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance across messaging, offers, links, forms, contact information, and customer journeys.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, track commitments, and identify risks or delays.
• Provide leadership with visibility into project status, priorities, blockers, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, leveraging AI tools.
