Quad is seeking a Coordinator Client Services to manage direct client contact and coordinate marketing requests. You will communicate across meetings, email, and video calls to capture project details and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

The role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to learn proprietary software. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with experience in account coordination preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, communication, marketing or related field.
• Some experience in account coordination preferred.
• Experience with signage or marketing collateral is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tactical project execution of circular-based signage and related digital tactics.
• Coordinate project timelines and task lists; trafficking between client, production and creative teams.
• Communicate with clients’ on-site advertising specialists and attend meetings as directed.
