Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Join our client's dynamic team, where they are embarking on an exciting journey to roll out a new brand that emphasizes simplicity and empathy. Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in updating their visual elements for external communications, including email campaigns and physical letters.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $26-$29/hr W-2

Location: REMOTE; But, if outside of NC they MUST be already living in, or willing to relocate to one of the following 27 states prior to conversion (6 months earliest); Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming

Project Overview:

• Participate in the rollout of a new brand, including a new logo and photo style.
• Update all visual elements for external communications, ensuring alignment with the new brand's focus on content and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Update the status of marketing campaigns to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as strategy, to implement strategic changes and set due dates.
• Ensure that all business and legal reviews are completed in a timely manner.

Tools and Skills:

• Strong project coordination skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must-have for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with Lytho (similar to Adobe Workfront) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in email marketing is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Early career candidates with approximately 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Essential marketing experience, with a focus beyond just paid media, digital, or social. Expertise in email marketing is ideal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
