Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in driving client growth and success. This individual will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and will be responsible for onboarding new clients into our comprehensive home loan preparation program. The ideal candidate is both results-driven and people-focused, with a strong understanding of mortgage readiness and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and outbound prospects to introduce Ultra Revival’s services
  • Conduct consultations to assess clients’ home loan readiness and recommend suitable programs
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process with clarity, empathy, and confidence
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Continuously stay informed about mortgage industry trends and consumer finance best practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic financial terminology
  • Passion for helping people achieve financial milestones
