Job Description
We are looking for an experienced (virtual) Project Coordinator or a superb (virtual) executive assistant to help with our growing beauty / medical device / aesthetic company.
We are an early growth medical device company with products in over 57 countries worldwide and have been established since 2009. We manufacture our product in the heart of Silicon Valley, California, but we are officially based in Wilmington, Delaware, via a virtual office (no employees). We have a small team of professionals located in various places around the world as we are 100% virtual. We have ZERO drama, and our team members are very mature and professional. We have been virtual since day 1 and use Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
You will be working with the CEO and founder/inventor/best-selling author/former NASA scientist, who will mentor and assist you along the way. This is a new role for the company, so we are very excited to find someone who is highly organized, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
