Job summary

Visa is a world leader in payments technology. The Director, U.S. Co-Brand Business Development, NA will shape the co-brand strategy for a key industry vertical, lead opportunities across credit, debit, consumer and SMB, and drive the commercialization of Visa’s business development objectives.

You will collaborate with executive leaders across Visa and with merchants, issuers and consultants, manage a North America sales pipeline, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Business development and partnerships experience with a track record of driving client growth.
• Co-brand and payments acumen including issuer and merchant economics.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across Visa and client organizations.
• Executive leadership and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for high-priority co-brand opportunities in North America.
• Develop and manage the US co-brand sales pipeline across multiple industry verticals.
• Drive prospecting, pitches, RFIs and proposals; lead discussions with clients.
• Align internal stakeholders to secure cross-functional support and approvals.
• Lead strategic initiatives defining Visa's long-term co-brand approach.
• Serve as thought leader and communicate Visa's co-brand strategy externally.
