Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Sr Marketing Operations Specialist to drive promotion execution across Retail and Ecommerce channels, manage customer data processes for catalog marketing, and deliver recurring business reports.

You will configure offers, verify price lists, test promotions, and collaborate with Marketing, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams as well as external vendors to ensure accurate implementation. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ecommerce operations, retail operations, data operations, or related business operations roles.
• Experience with POS system or Shopify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution of promotional events across Retail and Ecommerce channels.
• Interpret requests to set up promotions in Predict Spring (Retail) or Shopify (Web).
• Prep and validate pricelists to set up product-level promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to test promotions per requirements and customer behavior.
• Monitor promotions in production and minimize impact to customers.
• Develop and maintain promotion execution documentation.
• Serve as SME on promotion capabilities with Marketing, Retention, Ecommerce, and Retail teams.
• Set production schedules based on marketing targets (audience, circulation, in-home dates).
• Pull customer lists and purchase data for vendor modeling and suppression.
• Coordinate with vendors to develop files, instructions, keycodes, and summary sheets.
• Audit mailing list selects and vendor data processing; ensure timely IT collaboration.
• Monthly retail customer data capture reporting.
• Support reporting requests by gathering data to create ad hoc or ongoing reports.
