Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with marketing programs or administration a plus.
• Automotive industry experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of the CSC program.
• Process CSC applications, reimbursements, invoices, and related docs.
• Respond to CSC and customer questions by phone and email.
• Assist with quarterly marketing promotions and contests.
• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and program results.
• Coordinate gift cards, incentives, and fulfillment.
• Prepare routine marketing communications and PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with vendor reimbursements and program billing.
• Coordinate website updates and promotional pages.
• Provide event registration support for company events.
• Review invoices and payment requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Accounting, vendors, stores, and other departments.
• Provide general administrative support to Marketing.
