Job summary

GGP in Chicago is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams, helping run activations and campaigns across multiple properties to boost shopper engagement and mall traffic. You will coordinate meetings, manage assets, publish emails, and support budget and administrative tasks.

The role requires a HS diploma, a bachelor's in marketing or related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Programs and Property Marketing teams with day-to-day tasks to develop and execute activations and campaigns across multiple properties.
• Coordinate meetings, collect data, and communicate pertinent information with internal and external resources.
• Manage social publishing queue (Sprout) and ensure brand and legal compliance.
• Author and deploy weekly marketing communications emails.
• Own field-facing communications, trainings, and self-service resources including signage projects.
• Assist with marketing programs and activation tasks (sweepstakes, social briefs, content creator organization, competitive research).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to route creative assets for activations and media.
• Organize cross-functional status meetings and aggregate updates (PowerPoint).
• Publish web and social content as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks including expenses, accruals, invoices, and budget support.
