Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our team, which values mentorship and knowledge sharing. This remote role focuses on driving program initiatives, supporting our Speaker Team, and fostering an environment for professional development. Ideal candidates should be passionate about project progress, effective in cross-functional team collaborations, and skilled in managing, analyzing, and reporting on program data and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Assist in tracking, driving, and reporting on program communications, events, and speaker certification processes.
• Develop mechanisms to track project progress with cross-functional teams and vendors, creating schedules accordingly.
• Maintain program data, promotional materials, plan and support events onsite, and prepare detailed reports.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize performance and scoring to prepare speaker reports.
• Streamline processes for the speaker team, foresee pain points, and maintain updated speaker databases.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Advanced skills in Program/Project Management.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Content and Data Management.
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to manage across various stakeholders.
  
  

Industry Experience

Experience in Event Management or Speaker Program Coordination is highly valued for this role, especially within the technology or AWS-related domains.
