Job summary

Dickson Commercial Group is seeking a Production Assistant to support day-to-day marketing for a fast-paced CRE brokerage. You will produce high-quality marketing materials, coordinate multiple projects, and support digital campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

The role requires strong design skills, proficiency with AI tools, and meticulous attention to detail. You will manage email campaigns, market reports, and asset coordination, with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality control.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using AI image generation and AI-powered creative tools to support marketing production.
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
• Experience scheduling and managing content across multiple social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong analytical and data organization skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data filtering, sorting, and database management.
• Experience reviewing, verifying, and maintaining large datasets with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Commercial real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Production and Graphic Design: design and produce OMs, BOVs, listings, presentations, and other collateral; create graphics for digital and print marketing; ensure brand standards.
• Project Management & Workflow Coordination: act as first contact for broker marketing requests; manage multiple projects; track statuses in Asana; communicate timelines.
• Market Research & Reporting: maintain comp library; verify data; compile monthly/quarterly market reports; ensure data quality.
• Marketing Asset & Administrative Support: coordinate photography and drone imagery; edit photos; organize assets; support listing updates and other tasks as needed.
