The objective of the Marketing Specialist, Pre-Production is to support the day-to-day property marketing operations by creating materials used for proposals and marketing packages to digital marketing for clients. You are able to execute on multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and apply your fun, positive, and hard-working attitude to your professional endeavors. This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to create the best Marketing Services for our clients.

In-office position in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Create components for marketing packages
• Create logos and graphics for marketing material
• Map creation for various types of maps
• Work with 3 rd party vendors to manage photo orders

Requirements:

• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience working in a Commercial Real Estate firm preferred
• Ability to be a strategic partner by recommending best practices to clients
