Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of marketing support, campaign coordination, or digital content.
• Experience with CRM systems, website updates, digital marketing software, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns from approved plans with timelines and content calendars.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and publish marketing content for social media, email, and web.
• Perform routine website updates and CMS changes; flag outdated content.
• Maintain CRM data, assist lists, basic reporting, and data cleanup.
• Create marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
• Schedule meetings, gather content, and communicate next steps with teams.
• Support event promotion, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
• Monitor campaign activity and summarize results; flag issues for review.
