Mission

DoorLoop is hiring aMarketing Production Coordinatorto support the successful coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. You’ll help ensure projects stay on track, calendars are aligned, and teams have what they need to launch on time.

This is a unique opportunity tobe on the ground floor of our new NYC officeand work closely with the CMO and the broader marketing team. You’ll collaborate across departments—from demand generation to creative—to keep marketing moving forward efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Marketing Calendar & Campaign Plans: Maintain a centralized marketing calendar and update it regularly to reflect timelines and priorities—support campaign planning by tracking tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups. Help keep marketing initiatives organized and aligned across teams.
  • Support Website Updates in Webflow: Assist with light website content updates and ensure changes are made accurately and on time. Coordinate review and QA processes to avoid broken links or formatting issues. Maintain a log of website changes to ensure visibility for stakeholders.
  • Assist with Priority Marketing Projects: Support the execution of campaign materials, promotional content, and marketing assets across the funnel. Respond quickly to requests for updates or adjustments, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality. Contribute to high-priority marketing efforts through consistent communication and task follow-through.
  • Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Help facilitate weekly check-ins and campaign syncs to ensure contributors stay on the same page. Keep shared documentation up to date, including briefs, timelines, and status trackers. Contribute to campaign retros by helping gather insights and documenting lessons learned.
  • Use Tools to Improve Executional Efficiency:Use tools like Asana, Monday.com, and Slack to track campaign status and assignments. Follow established workflows and templates to manage recurring tasks and requests. Share tips and collaborate with team members to improve use of PM and CMS tools.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns or operations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • You’re organized and process-oriented, with a working knowledge ofproject management toolslike Asana or Notion.
  • You have basic experience withWebflow or similar website CMS toolsand are confident in making light content updates.
  • You bring astrong eye for detailand pride yourself on following through on even the small things.
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are comfortable managing multiple priorities with professionalism and focus.
