Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years leading complex marketing programs, PMOs, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing project management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex marketing programs.
• Establish and maintain PMO best practices, project management standards, processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage program timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Partner closely with marketing, creative, digital, analytics, product, and business teams to align priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project performance and provide leadership visibility through dashboards, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Champion operational excellence by continuously evaluating processes and implementing efficiencies that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve productivity.
• Drive change management initiatives that support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Ensure alignment between program objectives, marketing strategies, and broader business goals.
