Job summary

Lenovo in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to drive the next generation of digital commerce. You will define and execute the transformation roadmap, embedding autonomous AI capabilities into core processes and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
8+ years leading digital transformation, technology strategy or enterprise change initiatives.
5+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs and teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise technology implementations with measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in AI, machine learning, automation, digital platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
Strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and platform modernization.
Experience developing executive-level business cases, investment strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and execution of enterprise-wide e-commerce transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and digital revenue.
Evaluate and modernize the digital commerce tech stack (OMS, CMS, payment gateways, personalization engines).
Introduce omni-channel, social commerce, and headless architecture where appropriate.
Identify and implement Agentic AI across the digital ecosystem (multi-agent workflows, autonomous agents, AI-driven decisions).
Drive AI transformation initiatives built on Agentic LLM platforms with seamless integration to core platforms.
Ensure robust data pipelines, prompt engineering, and guardrails for autonomous AI agents.
Act as an evangelist for AI adoption, upskilling teams and fostering data-driven decision making.
Establish value-realization framework with KPIs, OKRs, and financial metrics; tie deployments to growth, cost reduction, or efficiency.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital initiatives with budgets, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
Drive agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market.
Stakeholder management and change leadership to communicate complex transformations and foster collaboration.
