Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks a Marketing Platform Manager to oversee the firm’s email marketing platform, from building campaigns to ensuring data sync across systems. This role also builds AI workflows and serves as the go-to for integration issues, with hybrid work from any US office.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Performance Manager, the ideal candidate has 8+ years of admin experience with Marketo and Salesforce, plus events platform know-how and data analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of advanced administrative experience with email marketing platforms, system integrations, and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Marketo with campaign automations, templates, and data syncs.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially around integration points and sync troubleshooting.
• Experience with an events platform and its integrations.
• Familiarity with digital KPIs and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Databricks.
• Experience building or configuring AI agents / LLM-based workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the platform’s primary administrator: build campaigns, templates, and send alerts.
• Design and implement forms and automation sequences for email and web campaigns.
• Own segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing for optimization.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data syncs with Salesforce and connected systems.
• Track KPIs and surface trends to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors and internal partners.
• Participate in platform evaluation and vendor selection processes.
