Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to join our Marketing Insights & Optimization team. You will support measurement, reporting, and optimization across media, CRM, ecommerce, and customer journeys.

You will partner with analytics, growth, and insights teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and dashboards that drive marketing decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 2–4 years in marketing analytics or related area preferred.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms and reporting.
• Ability to summarize findings clearly for non-technical audiences.
• MMM, geo testing, holdouts and lift studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring marketing performance reporting across media, CRM, digital, ecommerce, and campaigns.
• Analyze trends in traffic, conversions, bookings, and engagement.
• Assist with MMM, incrementality testing, holdouts, geo tests and lift studies.
• Prepare readouts with learnings and next steps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and templates for leadership decisions.
• Partner with Media and CRM teams to evaluate performance and audience response.
• Connect research findings with brand health and customer signals.
• Support measurement work with data inputs and translations.
