CLEAResult is seeking a Market Outreach Specialist to promote our appliance recycling program across Michigan. You will train retailer staff, build relationships with management and sales teams, and drive market share growth in Consumers Energy territories.

The role requires strong communication, training experience, and willingness to travel extensively within Michigan. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with a comprehensive benefits package provided.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate enduring partnerships with existing retailers and expand the network across Consumers Energy electric territories.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for new retail partners and maintain ongoing communication via email and calls.
• Travel 60-75% across Michigan’s lower peninsula to cover markets and ensure program engagement.
• Collaborate with CE marketing and channel delivery teams to refine materials and campaigns.
• Generate retail performance reports and participate in Habitat for Humanity collaborations.
