The Marketing Outreach Events Coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining marketing, branding, and retention initiatives. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale community events. The ideal candidate must be flexible, dependable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with vendors via phone and email, managing questions, promoting events, coordinating logistics, and processing registrations.
- Resolving conflicts, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service to vendors, staff, and contractors.
- Coordinating printing efforts with our vendor (360 Degrees) and maintaining inventory of marketing materials and giveaways.
- Assisting with event planning, setup, teardown, and on-site management, including coordinating with Facilities Maintenance for physical labor.
- Researching and planning community-wide events, ensuring their quality and success.
- Managing supplies and communicating event details internally and externally, collaborating with other departments.
- Overseeing contract services within company guidelines.
- Researching, identifying, and recruiting potential vendors and partnership opportunities.
- Maintaining a safe environment for all participants and staff.
- Creating graphic designs for marketing and other purposes.
- Performing special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in event marketing or a similar role preferred.
Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with excellent keyboarding, data entry, and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
