Job summary

SMT Co. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support trade shows, events, and marketing collateral. You will manage materials, oversee formatting of customer-facing documents, and ensure polished presentations for field teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver impactful materials.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of marketing or marketing coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Trade Shows & Events – coordinate registrations, booth logistics, shipping, displays, materials, deadlines, and post-event activities.
• Marketing Collateral – create, update, and maintain brochures, product sheets, flyers, sell sheets, and presentations.
• Presentation & Document Design – turn content into polished PowerPoint presentations and documents.
• Swag & Promotional Materials – manage apparel, giveaways, signage, business cards, promotional items, and inventory.
• Product Marketing Support – assist with product launches, literature, announcements, and marketing activities.
• Vendor Coordination – work with printers, designers, promo suppliers, trade show providers, photographers.
• Marketing Organization – maintain calendars, asset libraries, templates, and product imagery.
• Cross-Functional Support – collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations to deliver materials.
