Job summary

Malco Products Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations in Barberton, OH. You will set strategy and own performance for Malco’s websites, SEO, and AI-driven content workflows across four brands, building dashboards for exec visibility.

You will architect the marketing technology stack, partner with IT and agencies, and scale a small team through automation, data, and optimized processes; a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing/ops.
5+ years in digital marketing and marketing operations.
Experience owning strategy, budgeting, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Set digital marketing and marketing-operations strategy and annual/quarterly roadmaps.
Own budgets for tooling, agencies, paid, and headcount decisions.
Lead vendor/agency selection and performance management.
Own architecture of marketing tech stack (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics).
Build and maintain AI workflows and knowledge base for scale across four brands.
