Job summary

Integrity Wealth is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across the Wealth Marketing team. You will coordinate advisor and employee communications, campaigns, webinars, digital content, and operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

The role partners with business leaders to gather content, manage deadlines, draft messaging, maintain assets and platforms, monitor performance, and report insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in improving processes and advisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of advisor and employee communications, newsletters, emails, webinars, and recurring marketing initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to gather content, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Draft marketing communications and content aligned with brand standards.
• Manage calendars and production schedules for digital, print, and video assets.
• Coordinate webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, recording, and follow-up.
• Maintain advisor-facing platforms and digital content repositories.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports to drive improvements.
• Maintain marketing assets, templates, and collateral to keep information current.
