Hobart Wealth, a Charlotte-based wealth management firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to execute recurring marketing activities and coordinate with the Marketing Manager. You’ll manage newsletters, social media posting, content publishing, and compliance coordination while ensuring timely delivery of materials and accurate reporting.

Formación

• 2–4 years of marketing, communications or digital-content experience.
• Strong writing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Experience with email marketing, social media publishing and basic content production.
• Comfort with CRM, marketing automation, WordPress or similar platforms, and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Manage weekly newsletters and email campaigns; proofreading and testing workflows.
• Coordinate compliance submissions and maintain approval logs.
• Publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other channels.
• Develop basic video clips and repurpose content for multiple channels.
• Monitor website updates, forms, and lead capture; manage event communications.
• Maintain content inventory and publishing calendar; track asset library.
