You will collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency, manage content calendars, and coordinate assets across webinars, podcasts, and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring up to 3 years of marketing experience, fluency with Canva and CRM platforms, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to drive advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Execution: Draft, schedule, and publish content; manage content calendar; coordinate assets.
• Webinar/Event/Podcast Logistics: Schedule, set up Zoom, registrations, reminders, post-event follow-up.
• Merch Store & Inventory: Manage store, inventory, internal requests, vendor communication.
• Data & Marketing Operations: Pull and organize marketing data, share insights, support internal comms.
