Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field required.
2–4 years of relevant business experience preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical device, marketing, sales support, operations, or other commercial roles preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support commercial planning activities with consistent processes, tools, templates and reporting.
Coordinate asset deployment and update pipelines; track actions and milestones.
Assist in communications and change engagement across Marketing and Sales teams; support CRM adoption.
Oversee copy approval processes to ensure compliance and alignment with product positioning.
Plan and support local and regional meetings in line with business priorities.
