Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support commercial execution and sales enablement for the US Vision team, based in Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL.

The role partners with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, and other functions to align execution with business priorities and deliver operational excellence, with travel ~20% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field required.
• 2–4 years of relevant business experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, marketing, sales support, operations, or other commercial roles preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams required.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial business planning activities by maintaining planning processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Assist Sales and Marketing with segmentation, targeting, account planning, forecasting inputs, and business review preparation.
• Coordinate corporate assets and materials for business planning and customer discussions.
• Identify opportunities and insights using analytics, reporting tools, and cross‑functional inputs.
• Prepare reports, track updates, and document next actions for pipeline reviews.
• Monitor progress against pipeline activities and identify barriers and follow-up needs with stakeholders.
• Assist in executing implementation plans with owners and timelines for key milestones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Professional Education, Demand Planning, and other teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.
• Support asset allocation and deployment for new product introductions.
