Johnson & Johnson’s Surgical Vision team is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support commercial execution and sales enablement across Marketing, Sales Leadership, and cross‑functional partners. This role can be based in Irvine, CA or Jacksonville, FL.

You will contribute to planning, reporting, asset deployment, copy approval, compliance coordination, and local meeting execution to align with business priorities and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Experience with CRM or reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and reporting processes for commercial activities.
• Assist Sales and Marketing with segmentation, targeting, and forecasting inputs.
• Coordinate assets and materials for business planning and customer discussions.
• Identify opportunities and insights using analytics and cross-functional inputs.
• Support asset deployment and product introductions.
• Coordinate communications and training for CRM and enablement tools.
• Assist in copy approval and compliance with stakeholders.
