Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist, Operations to oversee invoicing, systems, and vendor relationships within the Property Marketing COE. The role focuses on operational excellence, keeping projects moving and reports current.

Responsibilities include optimizing Asana workflows, managing SharePoint resources, developing process guides, and producing client reporting for leadership and meetings. A proactive, organized professional is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing operations, business operations, project coordination, or related professional experience.
• Commercial Real Estate and/or property marketing experience preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated experience managing invoicing, vendor relationships, or financial/administrative workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of Asana or comparable project management platforms, including workflow troubleshooting and optimization.
• Experience managing or maintaining SharePoint sites or similar intranet/content management platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build clear, accurate reporting and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and process-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a continuous-improvement mindset and comfort identifying and solving process gaps.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams, functions, and levels of an organization.
