Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist, Operations to own day-to-day operational infra for the Property Marketing COE, coordinating invoicing, vendor relations, and reporting. This role ensures processes run smoothly across Asana and SharePoint, driving efficiency and scale in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will improve workflows, build client-ready analytics, and collaborate with the Director of Property Marketing to evolve tools and processes as the COE grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing/operations, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in commercial real estate/property marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing for revenue-generation items with accurate, timely documentation.
• Oversee Asana workflows, project templates, and bottleneck identification for throughput.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, templates, and resources for easy navigation.
