Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist, Operations to run the day-to-day operat ional infrastructure of the Property Marketing COE in the Americas. You will partner with the Director of Property Marketing to manage systems, vendors, processes and reporting that support the broader marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Revenue Operations: Manage invoicing for revenue-generation items, track outstanding invoices, maintain records, support reporting.
• Systems, Workflow & Process Management: Be primary point of contact for Asana, monitor workflows, maintain SharePoint sites, document operating guides, roll out new tools and training.
• Vendor Management & Research: Manage vendor relationships, conduct vendor research, support contracting and pricing, maintain vendor inventory.
• Onboarding & Team Enablement: Develop onboarding guides, support new hires, improve onboarding experiences.
• Client Reporting, Analytics & Presentations: Develop client reporting and analytics materials, build decks for meetings, maintain dashboards.
• General Operations Support: Identify gaps, support cross-functional initiatives, manage priorities and projects.
