Position Overview

This role provides back-office support to the marketing organization. It involves collaborating with functional teams, supporting campaigns, programs, and promotions, leading reporting efforts, managing vendor relationships, supporting events, handling literature fulfillment, and assisting in the development of account management tools.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Marketing Calendar and Reporting (40%)
   • Manage and update marketing calendars and dashboards.
   • Communicate results of key campaigns and channel activities.
   • Ensure that budget reports are current and accurate.
2. Operational Support (30%)
   • Provide back-office support for campaigns, programs, and promotional efforts.
3. Literature Management (20%)
   • Manage printed literature, including localization, translation, printing, budgeting, and inventory control.
4. Material Development (10%)
   • Collaborate with global teams, integrated marketing, and third-party vendors on the development of displays, demo kits, and account management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Required certifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Travel requirement: 10%.
• Work shift: Day (Mexico).
