Job summary

Tower Federal Credit Union seeks a Marketing Operations Coordinator to act as the operational hub for Marketing & Communications, coordinating project intake, scheduling, budgeting and asset distribution. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver campaigns on schedule and aligned with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes process improvement, dashboard reporting and the adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency across marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Six years of experience in marketing operations, coordination or related role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project intake, prioritization and scheduling across campaigns.
• Manage department workflow, budgets and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
• Ensure marketing assets, timelines and budgets align with strategic goals.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Oversee inventory, production and distribution of marketing materials.
