Job summary

Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead daily, weekly, and monthly campaigns aligned with strategic goals. You will oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives while coordinating with departments and external vendors.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred; at minimum, a two-year degree, marketing-related certification, or five years of related work experience if no degree/certification.
• Five to ten years of similar or related experience; experience supervising staff.
• Interpersonal skills include diplomacy, tact, clarity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day marketing workflow, project pipeline, and campaign schedules with pri orities and timelines.
• Lead planning, development, coordination, review, execution, and evaluation of marketing creative, campaigns, and assets.
• Manage marketing channels including web, social, email, digital and external communications, plus vendor partnerships.
• Track and report on marketing activities, campaigns, and performance metrics; maintain calendars and dashboards.
• Collaborate with departments and leadership to identify needs and ensure initiatives are communicated and executed.
• Assist with events, community initiatives, and Credit Union activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
