Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead marketing staff and coordinate the execution of the credit union’s strategy under the Marketing Manager. You will translate priorities into campaigns, community outreach programs, events, financial education initiatives, and PR activities.

Working across departments and with external vendors, you will support business development and engagement that strengthens member relationships, reputation, and community

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff.
• Experience coaching, performance management, and staff development.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage resources and deadlines.
• Strong writing, presenting, and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, vendor, and partner management.
