Job summary

Freedom Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to organize and drive marketing workstreams, maintain campaigns, and support branch execution. You will handle intake, project tracking, and routine digital-banking maintenance while escalating strategic decisions to leadership.

The role collaborates with the Marketing Promotions Specialist on campaigns and programs, ensuring timely communications and compliant workflows across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in marketing operations, project coordination, event coordination, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, inventories, records, and internal requests with strong follow-through.
• Strong organizational, written communication, proofreading, and internal-customer service skills.
• Experience with CMS, email platforms, digital signage, reporting tools, and project-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and project-tracking with clear scope, timelines, and approvals.
• Fulfill internal-client requests and track member notices and compliance routing.
• Support website, email calendars, and marketing programs with timely updates.
• Manage inventory, branch execution, vendor fulfillment, and event logistics.
• Prepare reports, document workflows, and drive process improvements.
