You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Product Management, and Operations to design plans, procedures, and execution for launches, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Strong project/program management skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with regulatory reviews and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Product Management, and Operations to document workflows, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Track program deliverables, attend check-ins, and escalate roadblocks.
• Prepare quarterly status reports for marketing programs.
• Manage marketing program materials and ensure compliant product launches.
• Develop project plans and timelines for regulatory reviews of print and digital assets.
• Analyze data, identify pain points, and drive process improvements across teams.
• Handle SOWs/contracts in internal systems, manage approvals, and coordinate with accounting and procurement.
• Oversee marketing content submission with Doc Services and Windchill teams.
