Job summary

Starkey in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a dynamic Marketing Account Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives for Starkey’s retail clients. You will contact clients by phone and email, help build traditional and digital marketing plans, and support campaigns end-to-end.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years in marketing or related roles, and strong digital marketing and social media experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of marketing or comparable business experience; account management and some sales experience a plus.
• Digital marketing and social media experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing efforts for assigned clients with attention to detail and goals.
• Proactively develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Communicate new marketing programs and materials to clients as developed.
• Participate in client meetings and training courses; monitor budgets vs plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Work with vendors for production, reports, and campaign tracking.
• Maintain a working partnership with sales to prioritize clients for marketing support.
