Original X Productions is seeking a Remote Marketing Operations Coordinator in the United States. The role focuses on streamlining campaign workflows, asset requests, and licensor approvals across departments with Monday.com as the core platform.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-team coordination, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables, while communicating clearly with internal teams and external licensors. This is a full-time remote position within the US.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in project management, creative and/or marketing operations.
• Experience with Monday.com and licensor submission platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with asset management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Own intake and tracking of asset requests and partner approvals.
• Prioritize briefs and distribute to teams with clear deadlines.
• Track progress and ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain organization of assets and version control.
• Coordinate IP/licensor approvals and submissions.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and management.
