Job summary

Ayming is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive demand generation, lead development, and analytics across our marketing programs. You will own marketing tech, campaigns, lead management and cross-functional initiatives that translate into qualified opportunities and pipeline for our tax consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or professional services marketing.
• Experience supporting consulting, advisory, financial services, tax, accounting, or legal services preferred.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and contributing to measurable sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch lead generation programs across digital, email, content, events and industry-specific channels to fuel our tax advisory pipeline.
• Build lead scoring, qualification and nurturing processes in close partnership with sales for strong opportunities.
• Own and optimize marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, event and reporting tools) and keep data clean and reliable.
• Shape and manage the annual marketing strategy and budget tied to revenue objectives.
• Lead high-impact tradeshows, conferences and client events end-to-end with post-event reporting.
