• Experience managing a high monthly volume of invoices and AP workflows.
• Ability to admin enterprise marketing tools with access controls and audits.
• Experience creating SOPs, wikis, or knowledge bases for widespread use.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the global monthly payment pipeline for a core portfolio of digital marketing vendors.
• Automate routine billing tasks to drive efficiency and reduce delays.
• Manage relationships with billing and finance contacts across the vendor ecosystem and maintain clear communication.
