About The Company

Our client is a leading global technology company driving innovation in financial and business management software, serving millions of consumers and small businesses worldwide. Their Marketing organization is undergoing a major transformation of the partner ecosystem and is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager II to lead change and program management for this critical initiative.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager II to sit within the Marketing organization and drive the end-to-end consolidation of legacy partner programs into a unified Global Partner Program. This is a high-visibility, 1-year contract engagement for a strategic operator who can bring structure and rigor to a complex marketing-led transformation — managing the program plan, orchestrating cross-functional workstreams, and leading the change management work needed to get partners, sellers, and internal teams through the transition smoothly. You'll partner closely with Marketing leadership to shape communications and enablement while also owning the executive governance cadence that keeps the broader transition on track.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Developing and leading the end-to-end change management and program plan for consolidating legacy partner programs into the Global Partner Program
  • Defining change impact assessments, readiness criteria, and adoption metrics for each migrating program
  • Building and maintaining a master transition roadmap, sequencing migrations to minimize partner and business disruption
  • Owning planning, agenda setting, and facilitation of SteerCo, business reviews, and decision forums
  • Preparing executive-ready materials that clearly frame decisions, risks, and tradeoffs for senior leadership
  • Driving followthrough on executive decisions, ensuring action items are tracked and closed across workstreams
  • Serving as primary liaison between Marketing, legacy program owners, GTM Finance, Legal, Tech, and partner-facing teams
  • Partnering directly with Marketing teams to design and deliver tailored communications for partners, sellers, and internal teams affected by program consolidation
  • Partnering with Engagement teams to build feedback loops surfacing partner/stakeholder concerns early and routing them to the right owners
  • Identifying transition risks (partner attrition, revenue disruption, systems gaps) and building mitigation plans
  • Partnering with training, enablement, and support teams to ensure internal and partner-facing readiness ahead of each migration wave
  • Tracking and reporting on migration health, adoption, and risk status to Marketing and program leadership
  • Establishing repeatable playbooks, templates, and governance processes to standardize future marketing program migrations
  • Partnering with data and analytics teams to build dashboards tracking migration progress and program health
  • Capturing lessons learned and refining the change management approach across migration waves
Required Experience/Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, change management, program/project management, or GTM operations, ideally supporting large-scale organizational or system transitions
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder program consolidations or migrations, ideally within partner, channel, or ecosystem programs
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated success facilitating and driving senior leadership forums (SteerCo, business reviews, decision forums)
  • Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous, cross-functional information into clear, structured recommendations for executive audiences
  • Deep stakeholder management skills across Marketing, GTM, product, legal, finance, and partner-facing teams
Nice-to-Haves
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred
  • Experience with partner/channel programs, PRM systems, or B2B SaaS platform ecosystems
  • Prior experience operating within a Marketing org (marketing ops, campaign ops, or GTM ops background)
Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
