Performix is seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager to orchestrate the Marketing Business Partner team's operating system, aligning four new marketing organizations to shared missions in US Industrial Automation.

You will drive intake, prioritization, resource alignment, execution tracking, and performance visibility across strategy, program management, and functional teams, enabling fast, scalable, measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Establish and run the team-level operating cadence (weekly / monthly, QBRs, and mission reviews)
  • Design and manage meeting structures, agendas, and decision frameworks
  • Lead planning for team events, offsites, and F2F sessions
  • Ensure clear governance across all initiatives, including roles, decision rights, and escalation paths
  • Outcome: A consistent, predictable, and high-functioning team rhythm
  • Oversee the central intake process for marketing requests and initiatives
  • Facilitate prioritization in partnership with Marketing Business Partner Leader and Strategic Marketers
  • Ensure all work aligns to defined missions and business priorities
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and constraints across missions
  • Partner with functional teams to optimize resource deployment
  • Maintain a single, integrated view of all team commitments
  • Outcome: Work is focused on the highest-value priorities, with clear trade-offs and alignment

Job description

The Marketing Operations Program Manager is responsible for running the operating system of the Marketing Business Partner team. This role ensures the team functions as a single, integrated unit aligned to shared business missions. There are four new marketing organizations within SE. This person will help keep this team in sync with overall goals and how those connect. This person will look across the other teams in marketing to support digital marketing, event marketing, and content marketing teams and work to keep collaboration high and bring more structure and communication with this team. (US Industrial Automation business marketing)

You will orchestrate how work flows across strategy, program management, and functional teams. This includes driving intake, prioritization, resource alignment, execution tracking, and performance visibility team wide. This role sits at the center of a cross-functional marketing team and ensures the group operates as one aligned unit, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes with speed and at scale.

Top 3 Skills:
  • 1. 4-7 years’ experience in marketing as a junior marketing person gaining responsibility. This is not a senior marking role but rather someone very organized to drive organization, structure, communications, and be able to connect dots to create story telling from the marketing perspective.
  • 2. Excellent with numbers and math and able to ascertain Client modeling and pricing and be able to collaborate on marketing content specific to products.
  • 3. Prior experience in organizing people, timelines, and garnering support from those who may not have time. This is where strong organizational skills and time managing projects where people and timelines required a lot of oversight.
Preferred Profile:

Someone with a marketing degree that has a few years in marketing but also ended up in sales where they learned they had to garner support, be able to persuade through storytelling, and build a strong marketing story of their product through strong knowledge of the numbers/pricing, what is important to the customer, and what their employer can provide within that spectrum. Thus, prior marketing and sales along with an education in marketing and strong written and verbal skills. This may likely be someone wanting to move from sales back into a true marketing role again.
