A leading company is seeking a Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist to manage and execute automated marketing programs using Eloqua. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing automation platforms and a passion for metrics-driven marketing. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance demand generation strategies and improve data integrity.
The Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist is responsible for the creation, quality assurance (QA), execution, and maintenance of automated marketing programs. This role is tactically focused on the execution of Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) related activities using Eloqua. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this individual will work with the Global Program Marketing Manager and Field & Partner Marketing teams to execute demand generation programs. This will also require frequent collaboration with the Content and Creative teams. The ideal candidate must be project, detail and data oriented, highly motivated, and highly organized.
Responsibilities
Standardize, cleanse and upload contact lists into the marketing automation platform
Assist in the technical conceptualization of demand generation and nurturing program strategy
Create emails, landing pages, and forms within a text editor
Manage data integrity and build custom audience segments
Build, review, and launch marketing campaigns within the marketing automation platform
Document marketing operations processes, programs and procedures
Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs
Job Requirements
3+ years of technical experience working with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred), and HTML/CSS (JavaScript a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of relational databases and CRM systems (SFDC preferred)
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
An appreciation of marketing technology stack offerings with an eagerness to learn and experience working with new marketing tools
A passion for metrics driven marketing
