Role Overview
ShadowDragonis looking for a data-driven, systems-savvy Marketing Operations and Analytics lead to evolve the operational engine behind our fast-growing marketing organization. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing tech stack, analytics, and data operations to drive better decisions, scalable programs, and business impact.
You’llserve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure our infrastructure is driving measurable, actionable outcomes. This is a critical role that will help transform how we execute, measure, and scale global marketing programs.
AsMarketing Operations Manager, you will own the architecture, systems, and data that power our marketing efforts.You’llplay a critical role in scaling demand generation, lead management, attribution, and reporting—withHubSpotat the core. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building systems that drive real, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Ownership:
- Own all aspects of marketing automation, campaign ops, email operations and program management.
- Own the full administration of HubSpot, optimization, workflows, list management, lead scoring, and integrations.
- Ensure data hygiene, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and proper segmentation across all contact records.
- Build andoptimizeemail nurtures, triggered sequences, lead capture forms, and CTAs.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure seamless integration with CRM.
Marketing Infrastructure
- Implement and manage campaign tracking, UTM frameworks, attribution models, and dashboards.
- Manage integration of website, forms, paid media, and content with HubSpot and other marketing tools.
- Improve marketing tech stack performance, evaluating and onboarding new tools as needed.
Lead Flow and Funnel Optimization
- Improve data quality, lead scoring models, and pipeline attribution to enhance targeting and reporting.
- Design and refine lead workflows and handoff processes to sales.
- Monitor lead velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and drop-off points.
- Drive strategic insight development, including multi-touch attribution, ROI analysis, and customer journey mapping. Support segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns across verticals.
Project Management and Process Optimization:
- Lead and implement cross-functional marketing initiatives and special projects that improve team efficiency and campaign execution.
- Build scalable systems and processes to enable a global marketing team to move faster and smarter.
Budget and Forecasting:
- Work with Finance to manage budget planning, forecasting, and investor reporting.
Analytics and Reporting
- Partner closely with Sales Ops to deliver insights, dashboards, and marketing performance reporting across the funnel.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, channel ROI, lead quality, and funnel conversion.
- Partner with Demand Gen and Sales teams to analyze data and suggest action-oriented optimizations.
- Maintain executive-level dashboards and insights that support strategic decisions.
WhatWe’reLooking For
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Deep HubSpotexpertise—you’vearchitected complex workflows, mastered reporting, and know how to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Experience with web analytics (GA4), tag managers, and multi-touch attribution.
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle stages, funnel metrics, and pipeline velocity.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Content and Agency teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with high ownership and autonomy.
- Bonus ifyou’veworked in a cybersecurity, OSINT, or government tech space.
