With more than 800 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the team

Our vision is to be the world’s most valued LegalTech company and our Marketing team is an instrumental part of our success, driving our value skywards as we grow brand awareness, engage new prospects, and communicate important updates and deliver useful resources to our current clients.

What you'll do

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play an essential role in optimizing and enhancing our marketing efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness. In this position, you will bridge the gap between strategic marketing initiatives and operational execution. Your expertise will help ensure that our marketing technologies and processes are fully leveraged to achieve the company’s goals.

What you'll do

You’ll be responsible for managing LEAP’s marketing operations, ensuring the strategic implementation of our marketing stack to maximize performance and streamline processes. As a key player, you will:

Develop and implement systems and procedures for identifying promotional and marketing initiatives for LEAP. This includes:

  • Prepare reports in connection with new prospects for new law firm clients and utilize such reports to create targeted lists for email sends.
  • Monitor and analyze the effective nature of marketing systems including: Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Drift, and Salesforce, specifically in terms of determining if such tools are contributing to meeting the Company’s marketing needs and objectives.
  • Utilize the analysis of information gathered to recommend new marketing systems and initiatives, and create improved workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing efforts for LEAP.

Collaborate with Sales Teams to coordinate sales and marketing initiatives to optimize their effectiveness and ensuring that such marketing initiatives are contributing to meeting objectives. This includes:

  • Analyze product data and creating projections for increases in demand for product and product categories for every planned promotion.
  • Review Pardot-related tasks, including but not limited to, administration of list imports, open rates, conversions, automation rules, form creation, email opt-outs and bounce evaluation, deliverability, and prospect scoring and grading, assignments for staff, and Salesforce syncing.
  • Collaborate with global Sales Teams to optimize the utilization of sales and marketing technologies.
  • Lead and plan forecasting meetings to discuss industry trends in the legal field, across multiple practice areas, in order to identify potential new clients for planned promotions.
  • Ensure that sufficient legal and technical support is available to support targeted marketing initiatives.

Research and analyze new and experiential marketing channels and source of data, and customizing methodology configurations in order to achieve our 50-State expansion efforts. This includes:

  • Monitor lists of potential law firm clients, including cleaning/importing prospect lists, building data extensions, and automating imports using Salesforce Data Loader and Marketing Cloud;
  • Identify the most accurate metrics and utilizing them to assess customer satisfaction, based on the performance of the LEAP platform for our existing customers, and identifying new products available to existing clients which would increase efficiency in managing their legal practices.
  • Recommend new marketing systems and processes, to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing function of our Company based on the findings of reports and analysis of metrics.

Identify and implement expansion and retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This includes:

  • Coordinate marketing content for new potential business and existing clients through one-offs, drip campaigns, journeys, engagement programs, and newsletters.
  • Perform rigorous A/B testing of loyalty and win-back campaigns across organic (non-paid) channels to reduce customer churn.
  • Build and continuously monitor weekly reporting of database KPIs, including campaign performance, marketing pipeline, and revenue attribution.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to understand building-level metrics and marketing campaigns to improve top-of-funnel penetration.

What you'll bring
