Ultimate Staffing in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator for an in-person role through Dec 31, 2026. The position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 5 hours daily, with a pay rate of $27/hour.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience managing inventory and logistics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory of all marketing collateral and assets; reorder before shortages.
Prepare and ship product samples to customers and distributors.
Manage branded promotional item inventory and vendor relationships.
Package and ship booth materials for trade shows and events.
Support sales team with brochures, literature, and sales kits.
Coordinate with vendors and carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist with on-site marketing operations and storage organization.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
