Responsibilities

Manage inventory of marketing materials, literature, product samples, and branded merchandise.
Coordinate shipping and fulfillment of product samples, promotional materials, and sales support items.
Support trade show logistics, including materials preparation and shipment tracking.
Work with vendors, freight carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Assemble sales kits, customer presentation materials, and promotional packages.
Support marketing operations projects and process improvements across the organization.
