Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join a growing team. You will partner with the Director to build scalable processes, govern workflows, and optimize marketing tools and technology to improve visibility into priorities and performance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage select complex projects from initiation to completion, and provide portfolio reporting, capacity planning, and governance to help the marketing department operate more

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PM professional certification (PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or marketing operations.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and governance.
• Proficient with standard PM tools and MS Office.
• Analytical and data-driven with presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and improve marketing operations infrastructure.
• Document workflows, templates, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders to identify operational needs.
• Provide project-management support and manage select complex projects.
• Track portfolio priorities, health, timelines, and dependencies.
• Create reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
